How the race went
Kimi was flying in 1st place after the pitstops (which were hilariously simple with a single man with a bucket of fuel), which was no suprise with Ice being his domain and all. Felipe Massa was 12 seconds behind him, and while Kimi was lapping the others, Marc Gene crashed straight into the Iceman. Kimi had just scored the fastest lap before he retired too – the story of his life! (before he became world champion of course…)
But they had plenty of fun and really enjoyed themselves. Last year, they drove the FIAT Panda and now it was the FIAT 500, which is rather cute especially in those stickers!
Kimi seemed to agree with that – during the race a reporter said that 500 cars were parked near the window of Kimi’s room at the hotel. As one of the car’s engine began rolling, Kimi heard and immediatly he came out to see. When he saw his 500 it was love at first sight. Kimi even considered buying one.
