expected much more today. We know what our potential is and we have to
accept that. Here, the situation is definitely better than in
Singapore, but we continue to struggle, especially with a lack of
aerodynamic downforce, which makes itself felt especially in the first
sector. Overall, the car is working well and it’s nice to drive on such
a demanding track as this, where the slightest error is heavily

Another great performance from Kimi, at every stage of the session.
It’s a shame that, for just a few hundredths in Q3, he could have got a
better grid position. We were the only ones to get to the final part
without any new soft tyres, as we didn’t want to take any risks in Q1,
but we are happy with how things went all the same, partly because we
have a lot of fuel on board and think we have a good strategy for
tomorrow’s race. It’s a bit disappointing for Giancarlo who missed out
on Q2 by a whisker: he is improving day by day and we are sure that
tomorrow, he will make another step forward and therefore have a good
race."

Though feeling quite happy with what Kimi has achieved. Words from him, SD and CD on official website(http://www.formula1.com/news/headlines/2009/10/10038.html) make me wonder if really pure racing is all that matters in garage. Politics plays well in bolstering evaluation towards you, Alonso is a clear evidence. He maybe good, but media makes him better. I am sad to say this because I thought it not right. Anyway, I think you can not change for who you are not only to please others, because in that case you will never do really well. REALLY WEll, that is how Kimi behaves. He deserves our respect. I know all these happended is hard, that is why his conduct all those years has touched us all. I wish he could have a winning car, and with that he could win, again and again. Let us see the pure beauty of racing.Keep Flying, Kimi and you all~

Finally. SD says something positive about Kimi…while Alonso gets slapped with a penalty!!!Kimi moves up the grid to 5 while Alonso moves down to 12th! Hahaha!Will Ferrari already start to regret their choice?…ROUND 1 TO KIMI…and the new season has not even begun! YEAH!!!

Great job by Kimi! I thought the car did look a bit heavy in Q3, and if all goes right, perhaps a podium might be on the cards? And Kimi’s right behind Hammie, isn’t he? What a yummy prospect!! 😉 Bet Kimi’s really, really hungry. Let’s have some Kimi-Suzuka magic tomorrow, please!!

@Irem: I know it’s hard to wait for such an important news. But don’t panic – I wouldn’t expect any news from the Robertsons (Kimi’s managers) or McLaren yet, they probably will make an announcement before the next race, perhaps next week, or on the last race at Abu Dhabi.

I have been holding thumbs for Kimi all day. I just wish that he could somehow know how loyal his fans are and how they have come together in spirit all over the world to support him. It is as if we have closed ranks around Kimi. I would like to know if there is another driver with so many loyal fans. I don’t think so. Kimi you make us proud. Stay the way you are because you are always true to yourself, something rare to find in this world of hypocracy and lies. I wish you the best of luck for tomorrow. Keep your head high and aim for the stars!

kimi has good chance of podium place or winning and quite more fuel load for kimi compare to the top 4 …If kimi can put a good result in this race this well boost hes chances that Mclaren sign him to drive them next year,and if kimi win the race ferrari will think twice why they let go of kimi and montezemolo having a nightmare every time he sleep thinking kimi won the race with the crap F60 …heheheAnyways good luck to kimi enjoy the race iceman and dont leave us kimi stay in F1..=’)

It’s totally weird but before Spa 09 I just had a really strong feeling that Kimi would win it against all odds, and it did come true – so, Zero, I hope you’re right!!! Suzette is spot on – it really does feel as though we’ve all closed ranks behind Kimi, now, more than ever. The worse things get, the more we’re behind him. I hope he feels it, the positive vibe from all of us!! I was thinking last night of Spa, Suzuka, and his famous ‘b*lls of steel’ moment (and what a moment it was!!) – and if all works out well, we’ll have other Kimi classics in the years to come. I do believe that he won’t go – he has a point to prove, and he’ll do it in style.
