https://i0.wp.com/img27.imageshack.us/img27/5543/evenstarsays.png Kimi’s final laps were ruined by traffic, and he looked set for going fastest or at least go faster than Massa’s time so that’s a shame. It was Hamilton who held up Kimi in the final few corners and badly blocked him in the Rascasse corner, grrrrrr. The good news is, Kimi looks fantastic in Monaco this year – he’s smooth, extremely consistent, and faster than Massa. Keep Flying Kimi! ~

Ferrari Team QuotesKimi Raikkonen – 8th: "We worked our way through
the usual programme for the first day of practice, based on evaluating
the two different types of tyre that Bridgestone has brought here and
on finding the best set up on the car. I would say the car is handling
reasonably well: there are still a few areas where we can improve but I
am pleased with what we achieved today.

"Driving here is always a challenge, even if Sunday’s race can then
be rather boring, with overtaking practically impossible and if you end
up behind slower cars there is nothing you can do but wait for the pit
stop."

https://i0.wp.com/img27.imageshack.us/img27/5543/evenstarsays.png A very exciting session that was, quite a bit of action and drama from the drivers. They’re all very territorial when it comes to Monaco. Ferrari seem confident.

Today, Kimi was asked yet again about Ferrari’s future in F1 and this was his answer – translation courtesy of Miezicat:

"If they decide to go then we will make that together. We lose and win
together. It’s still a long way till next year. Now we work for this
year and then we will see what happens next year. I will definitely be
at Ferrari next year. Maybe you don’t want to hear what I say."

Ha ha HA!

Not bad! Ferrari’s pace is definately looking much better here at Monaco, so are McLaren’s. I watched the whole session and it was good to see both Massa and Kimi getting their laps in together – Massa is quicker but I think Kimi has a lot more to show in qualifying. Let’s hope the Ferraris’ reliability holds up this weekend; I saw Vettel’s engine blow up this morning. Shocking where Toyota are in the time sheets, but BMW have been going through the toughest time and I feel sorry for Kubica and Heidfeld! Looking forward to FP2 which begins at 1pm. Keep Flying ~

it was nice to see both ferraris getting more speed… i heard kubica is using his 4th (fourth!) engine in monaco – do we know anything about kimi and felipe in this respect? – Commentators told: it could be the new dd-diffusor that made trouble for both RBs. – Altough in the ‘double’q&a with hamilton it was lewis who called monaco his favourite track but the weekend would be only perfect if we saw kimi again drinking and pouring champange… Okay, lewis might be there with him too

I will definitely be at Ferrari next year.(Now I won’t worry about that kind of rumor anymore, it’s pretty funny and ludicrous. I only trust what Kimi said.)" Maybe you don’t want to hear what I say." (Kimi, how can you say that? If you leaved F1,that will hurt me very much. It’s not important about what media said. You must remember whatever the difficulties may be, your fans will always be here and surpport you.)Kimi, go~~~
