Below is a new video of Kimi on Finnish channel MTV3 from a program called Ajoneuvos, and it’s probably one of his most relaxed interaction with a journalist, so relaxed that Kimi even felt obliged to swear freely, all in good humour of course. So it cannot be missed! Gratefully, Pekka had previously informed us about this program as he watched it on television.
Pekka told us "
it is basically a program of cars and today they interview KimiRäikkönen in Maranello. There is nothing new about interviewing Kimi.
But this was something really special. I have never seen Kimi so
relaxed. First time ever he seems to enjoy talking to journalist. I
don’t know, but may be this is what he really is behind the certains."
"First
reporter, Jussi Halli, had a chat with Kimi about his cars. Kimi’s first car
was certainly not a Ferrari. Actually he said it was "Kerava Custom
Lada". Kerava is a city in Finland, which is known to be a tough place."
"Then Kimi drove the Ferrari car around the Maranello track
with Jussi Halli. Track was wet and car was slipping and sliding all
the time. Kimi seem to enjoy and Jussi Halli was terrified. When Kimi
took traction controll off Halli said: "Ei saatana!" – I don’t want to
translate what it means in english! During driving Halli asked Kimi,
what is his speed record in public roads. Kimi said it is 320 km/h."
During these holidays, I was planning a surprise in the form of a video about the 2008 season for Kimi, made by myself of course, but unfortunately it hasn’t been possible. I’m very disappointed about that as I actually had the free time being off my studies for a while, but at least most of you have already got a big smile from purchasing a 2009 Kimi calendar. I definately know the father of a Kimi fan named Rich from the US did! For fun, here you can see the first video I had made about Kimi and Ferrari, back in the winter of 2006/07 – the introduction of their story. Let’s hope 2009 brings better times in the next chapter of Raikko and Ferrari!
Thanks Saima, it’s good to hear some news about Kimi.I just saw the news on MSN sport that Honda is rescued by Maxican billionaire Carlos Slim… hope it’s true http://sport.sg.msn.com/article.aspx?cp-documentid=1859722

Hi!I just watched finnish televison program called "Ajoneuvos". It is basically a program of cars and today they interview Kimi Räikkönen in Maranello. There is nothing new about interviewing Kimi. I’m pretty sure that you will be able to find this episode of Ajoneuvos in YouTube pretty soon. It was not there yet, but hopefully soon. Even though non finnish speakers can’t understand much, it is very spectacular stuff to see Kimi driving Ferrari around Maranelle track. That is really something. Here is some more info about the Ajoneuvos program. Sorry, only in Finnish:http://www.mtv3.fi/urheilu/f1/uutiset.shtml/arkistot/f1/2008/12/771344http://www.mtv3.fi/ajoneuvos/

Oh that sounds great about Kimi – Thanks for the info Pekka! 🙂 I can’t seem to find the video on the MTV3 site, I think you have to be a registered paying member to view them anyway. Otherwise, I’ll check out YouTube later and see 🙂

Wow – that is one expensive Q7. Maybe he had some unique Kimi customization made for it.I also couldnt help noticing that the places Kimi spent christmas at all remind me of food. Turkku. *mmm-turkey* Porkkala. *yum-pork-chops* Lol. (My apologies to all non-pork eaters ;)I guess we can conclude that Irvine is pretty stupid. And that a fool always speaks before thinking. Well done for proving that. Now go back to your retirement or whatever it is you do.Vettel rocks. Especially if Kimi is friends with him because he picks his friends very carefully. Vettel proves that it is actually possible to be a very talented driver and an all around nice guy. No need for boasting, bragging or kissing the medias arse whenever possible. Someone could take a lesson here. I just cant for the life of me remember the driver Im thinking of… Oh well. Hes not important anyway. Happy holidays!! Great post Saima 🙂
