  2. …Qualifying! lolVery, very strange. I was very worried for Massa. I’m so pleased that he is okay. It just seemed too damn strange, that something hit his head and caused him to hit the barrier, especially after Henry Surtees fatal accident last weekend.Kimi was working his car very hard, obviously seemed not 100% comfortable but he kept it clean and smooth for his Q3 lap but ironically he had that little slide just when I said to my bro "Kimi is so cheeky". Lol! So really….7th place is not bad. Fingers crossed that he has an awesome start to make up for the positions and then work his way to the podium, although a 5th/6th place finish seems the realistic result.Hope all you Raikkos are having a lovely Saturday! x

  4. I’m not sure either Marilyne! I was busy painting when qualifying was on in the background, so I wasn’t able to watch Kimi’s laps fully. Grrr….Hopefully the others can enlighten us! lol

  5. quite frustrating qualification!! I think his litlle slide cost him a place in the top 5 on the grid. hopefully his KERS will enable him to gain some places at the start. lets hope luck will be on his side for tomorrow…. Hope Massa will be okay and i hope that kind of accident will never repeat again because it could have been fatal for Massa.

  6. Very shocking picture here of Massa’s injury to the upper face/eye, where he was hit by debris:http://www.nu.nl/sport/2048536/zware-crash-massa-in-kwalificatie-boedapest.htmlI don’t think he’ll be able to race tomorrow 😦

  7. Kimi made a slight mistake in Q3. he was 0.5 faster in the first sector at that time. then on his next lap he was not able to repeat this performance. so really frustrating qualification!!! But pretty hopeful for tomorrow because he had a good pace since yesterday

  8. sure Felipe was really unlucky!! i am totally shocked after having seen the vid of Felipe’s accident and pics and all comments ! but relieved to know he’s okay and sorry for him for not being there on track tomorrow, but health is more important!!thanks Rudhi for the info about Kimi, arrr mistakes mistakes…. hope he’s not at that point with that to start in 7th with a lightnened car….anyway, I definitively hope, Kimi on the clean side will be able to fly at the start with his kers as it seems it will not be helpfull for the macca’s on the dirty side!! 😛 i’m still convinced Kimi can surprise us! that’s not over until the chequered flag is not up!Keep flying Kimi!!

  9. Yes Marilyne, I think Kimi’s fuel load will play a big part tomorrow! Because I have no doubts about his pace, he is quick for sure, but the race strategy and KERS is absolutely vital with that F60…

  10. OMG!! I was really busy and missed the qualifying session and just found out what happened to felipe this is really shocking – agree with you Rudhi Kinnoo that kind of accident could have been fatal for Massa or any other driver.i’ve been very critical of felipe lately but would never wish something bad like this happen to him, guess he won’t be racing tomorrow, anyway get well soon felipe!unfortunately Kimi’s slight mistake proved to be costly but i still think he can improve his result tomorrow-fingers crossed!!!Probably not the appropriate time to say this bcoz of felipe’s accident but i’m really frustrated that Alonso snatched the pole position if he wins the race we all know what everyone will start saying about Ferrari Alonso and Kimi 😦 definitely a win for Alonso not good for Kimi but we can’t do anything about that…Keep Flying Kimi!

  12. whoa, felipe was very unlucky! yesterday he was struggling with the car a lil bit and today the crash! i don’t support him too, but i would never wish something bad happen to him…or anybody.wish him the best of health!Kimi’s quali wasn’t too bad, he got the pace, but his little mistake cost him a bit or he could be in the top 5 i think! anyways, Kimi will start on the clean side and plus the KERS that’s good and i really hope he’ll be on a good strategy tomorrow! fingers crossed!!Keep flying Kimi!!!!!!!!!!

  13. Yes Good Luck to KIMI for tomorrow and wish us a good recovery for Felipe after his operation that does after the terrible crach… And all that because of a stupid piece of the Rubens car… we wish of all our heart and we cross our fingers and our toes… for a new development in the race of tomorrow for a Podium for Kimi and a double Podium for Kimi and Felipe for the next Grand Prix… … and we hope that Felipe will recover quickly of this terrible crash…

  14. What a dramatic qualifying, with Massa’s accident and the timing not working at the end of Q3. It’s hilarious but embarrassing though for F1. The drivers checking among themselves their lap times to set who’s holding the pole. Yup, Kimi could get a better position, esp he was 0.5s faster in sector 1, but sliding twice would not be great. Thought he can do another flying lap, but he reached the starting grid when the chequered flag was raised up. Nevertheless, Kimi had a great pace yesterday, he showed his competitiveness and fighting spirit.Hope the KERs will help him today as he will be on the cleaner sides. Both McLarens are starting from the dirtier sides. Good luck to Kimi tomorrow. Hope whatever strategy that Ferrari has works well. He’s the only hope for Ferrari to score some good points today.@Kiki – agreed that the FA/Ferrari rumour would continue if FA wons today, but as Kimi’s fans, we don’t have to worry much until we hear that from Kimi/his managers. Until then, let’s enjoy every race with Kimi!To Felipe, have a speedy recovery. It was indeed a scary moment esp after what happened to Henny last w/end. But we are all relieved that he was OK.

  15. I’m so happy Felipe’s surgery was a success and that there had been no further complications overnight…wishing him a speedy recovery, although i suspect he will be missing the rest of the season i mean one doesn’t recover so quickly from a head surgery but his health is more important than racing…i feel really bad for his family specially his pregnant wife 😦 Can’t wait for today’s race a bit disappointed to find out Kimi is on low fuel i thought he’d be a bit heavier hopefully things won’t end up like in the British GP…i think a podium would be a bit hard but a P4 or P5 possible.Good luck Kimi and Keep Flying!!!!! 😉

  16. Hi to all,…Yes, this is not important if Felipe Massa cannot finish this Season of Formula 1… The most important one is than Felipe recovers very quickly without after-crash… We wish of all our heart to Felipe, to his family… to the future baby, that he can see his dad in perfect form and with his beautiful smile… For Kimi wish all together and all our heart a superb race… that Kimi remains concentrated and that he masters the circuit of Hungary and the race for him and for Felipe… Good Luck to Kimi and Good Race !!!…
